During your visit, you will discover all facets of goose farming, such as Incubation, Rearing, Force-Feeding, Our Products (cuts and processed products): foie gras (including mousses), pâtés, rillettes, sausages, conserves, etc.

We also introduce our other fowl, such as female Muscovy duck and guinea fowl.

We supply non-fertilized goose and duck eggs for Egg Crafting purposes, such as those utilized by our regional artists, who also offer decorative eggs through our Useful Links.

Finally, you will find our Retail Outlets, a few Recipes as well as certain products available exclusively at our farm, which you can purchase via our Online Orders.

Katia & Luc

Katia Régimbeau and Luc Lafrenière own and operate The Golden Geese Farm.

Katia previously worked in banking. She decided to leave urban living behind and purchased a farmhouse in St. Gabriel-de-Brandon, in Lanaudière, Québec. The farm took shape as soon as she completed her studies in agriculture, in 2001. After two years in operation, her association with Luc, a farmer's son, still represents a solid asset for the farm.
